The Photo Forum - 'Talking Images'

This workshop focused on the discussion and analysis of Photography as a medium for personal growth and image recording.

The workshop gave participants the opportunity to present their work for evaluation in an intimate atmosphere that was both conducive to growth as well as analysis.       

Open to medium and advanced photographers, the course was based on maintaining rigorous technical proficiency and sharpening visual skills, linked to honest discussion of Intent and Context.

The history of image recording as well as contemporary uses of photography was used as stimulus for individual's self-expression and comprehension and were important elements of the course.  

Similarly, participants conducted critical discussion of visual subjects that fostered group participation and evaluation of participants image portfolios and ongoing projects.
